And Caldwell didn't have a great game. Running the ball with 2 minutes left in the first half? Come on!! Trying to kick that 50 yarder? How many 50 yarders did the Colts kick this year? I was thinking most of them were 4th down attempts.
Caldwell played aggressive all year, and when it came down to the most important game he got all conservative.
Sean Payton out game-planned the Colts, no other way around it.
When they had the ball at the half and scored those 3, and recovered the onside kick, it was over. I know the scoreboard didn't show it, but all year the Colts were able to score at the end of the half and carry that momentum. Instead they punted to the Saints so they could score, instead of trying to move down the field..
